I have just finished adding the new chat box to all hosted forums ACP on the phpbbhosts page this chat is for all admins to chat to each other.

If you have any problems please open a new topic in the support area.

While i am on the subject of the ACP phpbbhosts page i am going to add a poll for you guys to vote on whether the links on that page should:
Stay as iframes (open within the ACP page)
or should they open in a new page (to improve the load time of that page)

The links i am referring to are:

• Tutorials
• Upgrades
• Newsletter
• Link to us
• Around the net

Im glad that you like KRB or Jonny's idea ( sorry i forget which who give a suggestion) Im positive it will help the admins discuss the problem solution, advice, suggestions etc.

Yes i think it will be great but don't forget the support forum is the best place to get support.

the reason i sugested shoutmix in the first place is it
1) doesnt take java to load
2) isnt blocked on many school filter system as chatango is blocked on several school filters

Yes this is true, i was going to go with shoutmix but then i noticed These limits

Storage 250 posts
Post length 150 characters
Bandwidth 60 posts/hour

Not that i have anything against Chatango but not everyone has a computer with java support, plus chatango is blocked on several school/work filters

Auto-refresh 1x/min - usauly good enough
Storage 250 posts - it stores the last 250 posts any more than that and it deletes tham
Post length 150 characters - if you post more than 150 characters it automatly adds the extra to a new post
Bandwidth 60 posts/hour - thats been good enough on the highly frequented chat below
